Fill out the below form with all of your product information including where it was purchased.

Print Repair Form

You'll get an email with a copy of your repair form. Please print it out and include it with your repair return.

Send to Wahl's Service Center

Once printed out, send your form, product and proof of purchase to Wahl's service center.
