Raising the bar in the ongoing cordless revolution, Wahl Professional is thrilled to announce the release of their latest tool: the Cordless Legend.

What would you rather have in a clipper, function or convenience?  Well with the Wahl 5-Star Cordless Magic Clip you get both.  The Cordless Magic Clip runs with Wahl’s premium rotary motor.  While not the most powerful motor in the 5-Star lineup, the rotary motor easily makes up for this with better blade control and precision.  The rotary motor ensures the blades only move back and forth, reducing heat buildup and minimizing the chance of the blades becoming misaligned.

When choosing a tool, it is important to look at the motor type. Wahl Professional tools come in two different types of motor style: Rotary and Electromagnetic. So, what are the differences? Below are the features and benefits for each motor type.

Got a loud or noisy clipper that is driving you crazy? Or does your clipper turn on but the blades aren’t moving? Follow the three easy steps below (and watch the video) on how to properly adjust the power screw on your vibrator clipper and get your tool running as good as new!

Step 1: Grab a Phillips screwdriver

Step 2: Turn the power screw (on the side of the clipper) clockwise until it makes a loud noise

Step 3: Once it makes a noise, make a half turn counterclockwise (should no longer make the loud noise) for your blades to be at full power and ready to cut through anything
